About

Built in Tashkent. Answerable to the classroom.

Ustoz-Yordamchisi exists to shorten the work around teaching—not the judgment inside it.

Teachers teach. The system remembers.

The product carries the preparation, record and follow-up. The teacher carries the judgment.

How we build

Four lines we do not cross.

  1. 01

    The decision is the teacher's

Every output is a draft. The product is designed to be argued with, not obeyed.

  2. 02

    Uzbek first

The national curriculum, school practice and the Uzbek language are the starting point — not a translation layer added at the end.

  3. 03

The data belongs to the school

Student information is kept for the school that entered it, kept separate from every other school, and never sold.

  4. 04

A feature must give time back

If it creates another task for the teacher, it does not ship.

Small enough to listen.

Product and engineering
Building the thing, and cutting the features that don't earn a teacher's time back.
Teaching practice
Working teachers who check that what the assistant drafts is something you could actually stand up and teach.
Working with schools
Listening to what schools need, running pilots, and staying around after the pilot ends.
Write to us

What we will not automate.

A teacher's judgment. A final mark. A conversation with a student. Ustoz-Yordamchisi prepares the work around those decisions.

Bring us one difficult teaching week.
