The short version: use it professionally, we'll run it properly, and neither of us pretends a draft is a decision.

Accounts
You need an account to use the product, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account, and don't share your login.
Acceptable use
Use it for teaching work. Don't use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload material you have no right to, or to try to get at other schools' data.
Your material
What you create stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and process it so the product works. We do not claim ownership of your lesson plans.
Drafts are drafts
Generated material is a starting point that can be wrong. You are the teacher: check it before you teach it. We are not responsible for material used without review.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to warn you about planned maintenance. During early access, features may change or be withdrawn as we learn what works.
Payment
No payment is taken during early access. When paid plans begin, we will publish the prices here and give at least a month's notice before billing anyone.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time and export your materials first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything significant, we will say so on this page and date it. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.
